All repairs performed by FOUR SEASONS POOL SERVICE, INC. shall be warranted for a period of NINETY (90) DAYS from the date said repairs are performed. Said warranty covers parts and labor. Some parts may carry a longer warranty from the manufacturer. Client is advised to read all manufacturer warranties provided with said parts. Despite any other warranties, FOUR SEASONS POOL SERVICE, INC. shall not be responsible for any defects in parts or workmanship beyond the 90-day warranty period mentioned above.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a prudent and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the best accepted practices of the trades. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. All work is warranted for four (4) years against defective material and faulty workmanship. Work damaged by others, acts of god, earthquake and/or earth movement voids remainder of warranty. Some parts may carry a longer warranty from the manufacturer. Tile repairs and plaster patches are guaranteed for 30 days only. When structural cracks are discovered which are not contracted for, the Buyer shall bear all costs to repair the same.
